Main Stage events must reserve a stage slot through the GOAB Main Stage Calendar. Booth events may be submitted directly through the event submission form.
Submit your event, performance, panel, workshop, gathering, or special activity to be included in the official Gathering of Ancient Beings schedule.
Staff & Security Recruitment
The Gathering of Ancient Beings cannot thrive without its guardians. We are seeking event staff, greeters, moderators, security personnel, setup crew, support volunteers, and realm caretakers.
